Ta Prohm, Siem Reap - Day 2 (Saturday, 12-Jul-2008)

Now, to the infamous .... Ta Prohm Temple, where Tomb Raider was filmed..... (also known as Tomb Raider temple!)
What makes Ta Prohm Temple so special is the overgrown jungle, the massive tree, roots reflecting exactly how ancient and "forgotten" this place was ... once ... until ... today, it was intentionally left partially unrestored, though not forgotten...
Ok, ok, being kiasu, I took a photo of the signboard, in case I get all the temples mixed up again!

Watch out for the DINOSOUR SIGN! Sign Dinosours in Cambodia?

After the temples, we then headed for lunch at The Villa Siem Reap..
Delicious lunch, included in the tour price!
I had Cambodian Chicken Curry, while the King had Stir Fry Cashew Nut Chicken ...... delicious!
Loved it ....

Tour ended at about 3 pm... hehehe got the Tuk-Tuk driver to send us to the Old Market ...
