Had my blood test this morning.
The Nephrology Department of Selayang Hospital is now equipped with QMS!
(QMS = Queue Management System)
At least now I can go pee and not stick my butt on the chair waiting for them to call out my name!

They call names? This is less stressful. Selayang Hospital is advancing.
The hospital I go to still flashes numbers and the stress of waiting pushes my blood pressure up a bit.
