A popular dish in Malaysia (and several Asian countries).
It is rice in claypot cooked over charcoal stove with pieces of marinated chicken, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper and Chinese rice wine.
Commonly served with thin slices of Chinese sausages (added last) and also salted fish.
