When it comes to nurses drawing blood, there are two types.
Type 1 who pokes you lighty and draw slowly ... not-so-painful
Type 2 who pokes you deeply and draw very quickly... freaking, !%$@#!% painful.
I met Type 2 today.
Sigh ....
Who will I met on Wednesday, I wonder.
Till Wednesday ... let me end this post with ...
Gold Banana - RM 2.41, taste is priceless ...

hehe...kesian aunty lupie len kali klau nurse tu buat ganas aunty cubit je dia :D
I sympathize. I have a blood draw every six month and sometimes I get the ones who can't seem to find the vein. Ouch!
Aunty Lupie,
Interestingly, Mama who's had to have blood drawn regularly seem to get the same person. Not same type, but same person. So, she can't compare. Weird, eh? Oh yeah...we've been enjoying Malaysian bananas too. More choices here compared to Down Under. purrr....meow!
I hope you meet another #1 so you won't get another ouchy!
Oh Bin!! You poor thing!! I sometimes get type 2!!! They are not nice!! Booo!!!
Enjoy your bananas - they look good! Take care

Bin - we are sorry you got the ouchie nurse - can't you tell her if it's ouchie again you'll get Lucky to give her the bitey!!
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Oh, there's also type 3 - the ones who poke, no blood, remove needle, poke again, no blood, remove needle, poke, no blood, remove needle.....yar!!! Worst, after half a dozen punctures, they say they can't find a vein and proceed to do the same with the other arm! Arrrghhhh.
Oh I agree! And the same concept applies for IV insertion.
I had one of each when I had surgery, and #2 just about lifted me out of bed, the pain was so intense.
Dad has to have regular blood tests and he also has two types of nurse, one does it good and the other leaves bruises. Hope you get the good one next time.. Hugs GJ x
be glad you haven't met type 3 - poke & poke & still can't get.
