Now, how challenging can it be, having SLE, besides the numerous hospital visits, blood tests, meds and sarcastic remarks??
Getting COVERED!!
You see, everytime, I complete a form that has this "health declaration" section, it makes me "pause" for a while... should I tell them that I have SLE / Lupus or make "dunno"?
Being honest will cost me more money (and opportunity!), still, I have to make a truthful declaration otherwise, they can exercise their rights to VOID me, how nice.
This time, my honesty (and SLE) cost me an additional 200% premium on top of earlier premium quoted for my MRTA insurances.
Sad... there goes my dream of a second-hand 660 auto kancil ..... sigh.....

Lupie dear glad that you did the right thing!! Some agents desperate for cases & easy approval without much paper work & hassles, they may advise you not to declare & only do it few years down the road... You r right, there is not a chance that an Insurance company will not find out on ur SLE records with the hospital and yes, they won't pay coz you under declare....
