Home ... via MH 001 ....

Aaahhhh ..... I am HOME!
Arrived home safely on Friday BUT, my body system is all hay-wired with time difference.
Yeah, jet lag ... I am lagging like MAD!

For two days (including today) - I woke up at 1.30 am, couldn't sleep - walked around, played with cats ... feeling hungry (eating loads of jelly beans), watched TV ... and fall flat to sleep at about 5.30 am. The other cat slave had to wake me up at about 3.00 pm to eat!

Not just lagging, I am tired ... very tired.
I was able to adapt when I went the other direction but coming home, I am just feeling dreadful.
To add to it - It is MONDAY tomorrow.
I should be working. We shall see.

Anyway - to those who don't travel a lot like me, please take note that it is worthwhile to check-in via the web for a boarding pass! You can even change your seat!

I had my aisle seat, in the middle section (4 seats) with no one in between me and another lady seated at the other end. Nice ...

Oh ya - upon reaching home, my cats greeted me with caution.

First was Garlic, who let out a soft "meow" - I then said "Garlic Head" (that's what I call her) and she "meow" louder - hey - that's my Garlic girl, the talkative one.

Lulu girl, being the pampered one refused to let me out of her sight! She has been following me everywhere, even to to toilet! It is amazing considering that she is a snob most of the time.

Time now is 11:41 pm - I need to make myself sleep - time to reach out for ...... valium, perhaps?

Here's me hoping that everyone has a Marvelous Monday tomorrow !!!

Welcome home! It's good you back safe and sound. :-)

Take tomorrow off work. Seriously. You need at least a day to readjust.

Melatonin has helped people with sleep and readjusting their circadian rhythm. Didn't work for me, but I know others for whom it has.

Lots of Light and (((hugs))).

Glad you had a fun trip and are safely home; we're sure all your babies missed you terribly...We agree with Kea/Kim=you should take tomorrow off to rest and try to readjust to the time difference; our Mommy has experienced jet lag many times and it will throw your whole system off...Hope you feel better soon...Kisses to your babies, especially handsome Lucky and hugs to you, sweet friend...J, Calle, Halle, Sukki

Hi Bin - glad you arived back safe and sound even if jet lagged. Lucky has missed you loads we think he won't let you out of his sight much for a day or two if he's anythink like my cats have been with me.
Hope you get a better night's sleep and then maybe you will adjust to the different time zone again.
Take care and give Lucky a kiss from Hannah, Lucy and me xxx

Awwww Garlic and Lulu!!! How adorable!! Of course they missed you!! I love that pic of Lulu sitting on your suitcase - she's saying "nope, no more packing cos that means you leave us! Never again!!". :-)

I am so so so glad to hear you are home safe and sound! Now you really must take things easy and not do anything until your jet-lag subsides and your body gets used to the time shifts again! I think you need to listen to your body this time!! Please take care and soothe your body clock nicely!

Have a lovely weekend and big hugs to you and Min and your amazing kitties with their gorgeous names!

Charlie says "purr-meow!"

Take care
x

Home! Aahh, back in familiar surroundings. I agree, take another day off and try for a more normal sleep schedule. Valium will certainly help you sleep...maybe oversleep!

The Kats here are excited to see you're back and are ready to see what's up with Lucky and Co.
