Medical Monday : The results are IN!

Full Blood Count is within the normal range!
Even my RBC (Red Blood Count) came out normal!
4.32 - okay lah borderline normal but it is a great change from borderline "low"
And, liver albumin is up.
No protein detected in urine.

Except for Mr. Potatossium, which is borderline "low".
Lower than the test I had when I was pooping in my pants.
3.0 (did not poop in pants) vs 3.3 (poop in pants)
Nevermind.
I'll eat lots and lots of bananas!

Had a little peek at my skin biopsy result.
"Dermatofibroma" - benign, no malignancy - so it is all good!

Plus, prednisolone dose was tapered further, now 7.5mg daily.
MMF remains at 2gm a day.
All other meds remain.

Cautiously, I may be on my way to remission!!

P:S: Stuffy nose, to see another doc next month.
Till then, it will be me and  ..

P:SS : Thank you ALL for the constant healing purrs, prayers, blessing !!

Great news!
We love banana! But mom wont let us eat a lot. Too much sugary fruits will rot our teeth.

Did you know orange juice actually has more potassium than 'nanners? i found that out when my Dad was ill a while back. So enjoy both!

Hi Bin that is great news! And low potassium - hm, my dad's was high and he couldn't have things like orange juice (which he loved) and rasins (he also loved rasins - well, rasin bran) so if you like those you could try them with the bananas (and I am sure you know this already - you probably have a whole list of potassium rich foods). But it is great that everything else looked so good!

Very good mews from you! We like our catnip naners, and we hope you like yours, hahameow. Our Teri said try them this way, she loved them as a kid, her grandma fixed them for her on slices of bread:
mash banana with sugar and lemon juice until they are like pudding and then spread on buttered bread.

Greetings,

Dad too loves bananas and needs them for his balance of health.

Good to also learn that the biopsy was benign.

Wish I could just wave my paw and like magic there would be no more problems for you and everyone else.

Wishing you all the best,
Miss Kitty and Egmont
