DAISO addiction ....

I am totally addicted to DAISO's concept of RM 5 everything. Been to the shop three times and I still want to go again. I have been hooked since my first baby step into DAISO - IOI Mall. Yes, it is love at first sight. For once, I only need to remember my x5 multiplication table and ignore the rest .. I even count faster than the cashier ...

PET DEODORANT, bamboo charcoal type. Mind you, not the armpit deodorant, it is more like air refreshner. Yes, I love "JAPLISH". - RM 5 !

CLEAR FOLDER - 10 pcs for RM 5 ... not bad!

CAT WATER BOWL - RM5 - I have seen this before, where they stick a mineral bottle with water on it ... not sure how it works... (nosy ONION checking it out)



A BASKET, ROLLER AND ROLLER REFILL - 3 x RM 5 = RM 15 - Lint Adhesive Roller is super important for cat owners with sofa and black T-shirts. Now I don't have to vacuum myself before going to work!

Culpeper Catnep Toy

Courtesy of Aunty Chicky in Oxford, Lulu now has her "imported" "made-in-china", "mailed-from-Oxford" CATNEP TOY! Yes, the logistic is a bit complicated but hey, I happy to say that LULU is happy!!!

Brand is Culpeper (UK), made to look like a rat cost about GBP 2??? not sure, gotta ask Aunty Chicky!

Now, all cats in the world , bow to the POWER OF CULPEPER CATNEP TOY .......

deShedding Tool, a "Furminator" look-a-like

Another purchase for my furry kids, this time it is a comb!!! A quite expensive comb in comparison to my own comb which cost only RM 3.50 but relatively reasonable in comparison with the ORIGINAL Furminator which cost up to RM140.00.

So, how much did it hurt my pocket this time?

RM 26.90 retail, after 5% discount, RM 25.56. - Pet Safari, Ikano.

I was already reading about the ORIGINAL Furminator and was not expecting to find it in any petshop locally, I didn't even search for it while I was in Pet Safari! It just happened that the guy in front of me at check-out line was paying for one, and immediately I recognised it! He then pointed to the area where he got it! So, you see, it was a "meant", or "fated" purchase ... hmm.. to think of it, all my purchases are fated!!

I tried it first on TIGER, who sheds so much, that I wished I could have a mini vacuum cleaner tied to her tail, 24/7 !! The results .... look below, my dustbin ... see the fur, (ignore the red colour Korean titbits, which, by the way tasted yummy .....). I cannot imagine a cat with such short hair coat like TIGER, sheds so much! No wonder I am having problem breathing at night!

I know I have purchased several silly things in life (like my cat's G-string) but this is one I am happy or proud of!

Onion ......... and a new "TOY"

Brought Onion to Baby Pets @ Equine Park. It is her very first visit to the vet! Surprisingly, she behaved well. She is always a very good ONION girl.


One of the ladies in Baby Pets asked "What's her name?"
Me : "Onion"
Lady : "Arrg?"
Me : "O-N-I-O-N" (spelling it out for her)
Lady : You know cats can't take Onion, right?
Me : I know, her sis is named "Garlic"


She paused .... and then suggested that I name my next kittens "Chocolate" and "Panadol" ... I wish, but both names are quite a mouthful ... I am, a max, two-syllable person.


Ok, ok, enough about names ....

After examination, doctor gave her some meds on the spot. When we got home, she was already better, meowing really loud! She looks better and stronger! Meds are working!
Cost? RM 34, which IMHO is reasonable...

We then moved on to Seri Kembangan Post Office to collect my furkids little toy, A scratching post with hideout! YES! I am finally getting them a proper toy (though a rejected unit!). Cost me RM 39, inclusive delivery charges, all the way from Kedah!

I am quite happy with this little purchase!! :D

Oh ya, did I mention that ONION has started eating and drinking?

Bugger, I feel like I am running a low fever .... :) maybe I should share ONION's meds?? Might work you know!
