Finally, after nearly 3 mths, S&P is now signed, and stamped.
And, our bank account will now deplete a little further ...

Buying a House ...

Never thought that buying a house can be so difficult, and worse still if it is (or "was") a TALAM project. Yes, TALAM is a very famous housing developer in Malaysia (but for all the wrong reasons..).

We are in the middle of buying a dilapidated house, requiring lots of repair. Ahh... but my King likes his future castle. We are signing the S&P next week.
