Pinky, Pinky, Little Finger ...

I have short pinky fingers, which SUPERstitiously not very auspicious.
To overcome such shortfall, I do try to grow my pinky finger nails super long.

Astrologically speaking, ones who own very short pinky fingers, reaching only halfway through the ring's middle phalanx is someone frustrated, unable to express their skills and can have problem communicating!
(let's not forget, constipated!)

AND, today I read that ...

Apparently, short fifth fingers are frequently noted in those with autoimmune disease!
YIKES!!!!

Especially those with Coeliac or Celiac - gluten-intolerance and autoimmune thyroid problem.

(see slide page 51 & 52)

Now, isn't this cool or what.
Pinky, pinky you rock!

P:S: I need my super pink nail colour!

well, mom always say "and then think of all the 'good stuff' you didn't get"
We do not think you have problems communicating or frustrated. The astrology person forgot about the amazing part though.

The first thing mum did was examine the length of her pinky - she thinks hers is long enough to mean she is ok - btw she loves pink nail polish too!

Yay! I shall get my pink nail polish!!!

I read this 'short 5th finger' theory is observed in people with autoimmune Celiac and Thyroid.

I don't have autoimmune Celiac or Thyroid BUT, several doctors have suspected of me having thyroid problem. Blood test came back normal though. :)

Just like ANA, if you are tested positive, doesn't mean you have autoimmune condition. However, if your result is negative, it doesn't mean you don't have autoimmune condition either.

People who say they don't care what people think are usually desperate to have people think they don't care what people think. See the link below for more info.
